Spotify Canvas

I worked closely with a musician who wanted an animated Spotify canvas for their new release. The artist was working with a limited budget, so after a few conversations about direction, style and limitations, I put together a storyboard and a couple style frames for client approval.

As we proceeded through the production phase, the client abruptly decided to abandon the project. I attempted to resolve any miscommunication and offered to finish the project, but the artist simply ended communication without any resolution.

Though far from perfect, there are a lot of things I really like about this piece, and it presented a lot of challenges both technological and interpersonal.
